Had a splendid Christmas stay, location was perfect close to all the action. the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable, hence enjoyed a good night's sleep. the breakfast spread was extensive, my taste buds were quite satisfied.

Although the exterior was neat and tidy, the interior of the property could have used some sprucing up. Despite being clean, a few things needed maintenance such as the bathroom door and the TV.

My city break was enjoyable. The hotel had a great location close to the city center and transportation options. The staff was polite and the rooms were cleaned daily. The air conditioning was a great way to escape from the heat.

The room was not as pictured, and there were no towels provided for our group of four on some days. The moldy walls and lack of hot water were unpleasant.
